Claire Seo, Independent Facilitator

Claire Seo brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to our organization. As a mother of three young children, including a 9-year-old with multiple disabilities, Claire has firsthand experience navigating the Self-Determination Program for nearly four years. Her journey has fueled her passion for advocacy and her commitment to helping others. With over eight years of experience advocating for families in IEPs, medical services, generic services, and the Self-Determination Program, Claire became a full-time Independent Facilitator in 2024.

She is bilingual in Korean and English and focus on families and individuals with high needs, prioritizing our services for those who are most physically, emotionally, and financially impacted. She have vast experience in complex and difficult cases, and these are often our preferred clients (though we are not limited to them). Claire’s expertise in resourcing multiple services and providers ensures that our clients receive the best possible support. She is passionate about her work and finds immense joy in seeing the positive impact her services have on the lives of others.
